IMPORTANT! If the entry is not performed in Belarusian, Russian or English, English translation is obligatory. For entries performed in Russian or Belarusian the author’s translation of the slogan is in the interest of the participant. English translation can be provided in the description of idea during the registration of entry in the corresponding field, or placed on the layout.

The importance of marketing effectiveness contest is in increasing of the level of marketing thinking and transparency of economical and other marketing and advertising results.
Contents of marketing effectiveness evaluates not only creative approach towards ideas implementation but also effectiveness of costs for marketing and advertising.
Marketing effectiveness contest awards the most successful companies, support and contribute to effective and resultative usage of marketing recourses.
The project submitted to marketing effectiveness contest should meet requirements of the contest and succeed in achieving of set goals. Project should demonstrate successful marketing program: planning, market analysis, media and creative management, usage of marketing tools, effectiveness of spending of marketing budget.
Participants claiming for win can demonstrate partnership between agency and client in creation, management and building campaign.
Campaigns which are developed by a number of agencies (advertising, media companies, consulting and research agencies, etc.) can be submitted for review just once however all agencies taking part in development can be specified.
The project presentation should contain:
- Market analysis (expert analysis of the participant or report of the research company)
- Description of marketing problems behind the campaign and strategy of their solving
- Creative materials: TV advertising, print, Internet, outdoor advertising, radio advertising etc.
- Proves of the results of the effectiveness of the projects
Defining of the contest winners
Jury evaluate each of 5 elements of the project:
- Market analysis (quality of its analysis)
- Marketing problem (the complexity of the initial situation on the market, position of the applicant on it)
- Strategy (usage of non-standard marketing solutions, clarity of defining of contribution of marketing strategy into achieved result, professional usage of marketing tools)
- Creative (matching of creative component to strategic goals)
- Effectiveness (ratio: initial sales – achieved sales level/spent marketing budget)
Total score for first 4 elements (market analysis, marketing problem, strategy, creative) builds 60% of the final score.
Prove of the results build another 40% of the final score.
Based on jury protocols average score of the project is calculated. Max and min scores are not considered.
Contest awards
Prize winner are defined depending on average score of jury members.
All entries are evaluated by 100 points scale (0 – ineffective, 100 – very effective). Average scores of the jury equal the following results: more than 80 points – 1st place, 75-80 points – 2nd place, 65-74 – 3rd place.
Final decision on the scale of awarding points is taken by the Jury Chairman based on results of jury evaluation.
In this contest not only companies-winner are awarded with prizes but also marketing specialist-authors of the projects.

In case the size of the file exceeds 100 Mb it can be uploaded to FTP server. To access the FTP-server type in your browser ftp://old.adfest.by. Username and password will be provided by the Directorate of the Festival upon your request to konkurs@adfest.by. On server create a folder with the name of your agency and upload the files naming these in accordance with the completed online application.
IMPORTANT! If the entry is not performed in Belarusian, Russian or English, English translation is obligatory. For entries performed in Russian or Belarusian the author’s translation of the slogan is in the interest of the participant. English translation can be provided in the description of idea during the registration of entry in the corresponding field, or placed in the video or presentation in form of subtitles.
